Revenue in. Busywork out.

Stop losing jobs to voicemail.

An AI receptionist that answers your calls and texts 24/7, answers your customers' questions and books the job on your calendar. Built for plumbing, drain and HVAC shops with 1 to 5 trucks and nobody in the office.

Maple Street PlumbingMade-up business, example conversation. Prices are fictional.

The owner got one text: "New booking, Dave, 14 Elm St, Wed 8–10, water heater leak (slow, bottom)." That's it.

Hear it work

Don't take my word for it. Call it.

Live demo line (000) 000-0000 Placeholder It answers as "Maple Street Plumbing," a made-up company. Call or text it now.

Pretend you've got no heat at 9 pm. Ask it what a service call costs. Tell it you need someone today. Try to trip it up.

Things to try

  • "My water heater's leaking. Can you come tonight?"
  • "How much is it just to look at it?"
  • "Can you guarantee someone here in 20 minutes?"
  • "Actually, forget it. What else do you fix?"

Bookings on the demo line go to a demo calendar. Nobody shows up at your door. It's a demo, not a plumbing service, so please don't share payment details.

How it works

What happens when your phone rings.

You decide when it answers: every call, calls you don't pick up in 20 seconds Placeholder, or only after hours.

  1. It answers in your name

"Thanks for calling [your company], how can I help?" Same voice every time. It never puts anyone on hold.

  2. It figures out what they need

Emergency, repair, quote or a question. It asks what you'd ask: what's happening, where, how long it's been going on.

  3. It gives answers you've approved

Your service call fee, hours, service area and arrival windows. If you haven't given it an answer, it says "I'll have the owner call you about that" instead of guessing.

  4. It books the job or hands it to you

Inside your rules, it books straight onto your calendar. Outside them, it texts you the whole conversation so you decide.

And when you miss a text or a web lead

Same system. Missed calls get a text back within two minutes. Web form leads and Google Business messages get a reply within two minutes. Every reply sounds like a person typing fast, not a form letter.

What it does

  • Answers calls and texts 24/7, including holidays
  • Asks the questions you'd ask
  • Quotes the prices and windows you've set
  • Books onto your calendar
  • Texts you a summary of every conversation
  • Flags true emergencies to you right away

What it won't do

  • Quote work you haven't priced
  • Promise a time you haven't offered
  • Claim to be a person
  • Argue with a customer
  • Take a payment
  • Diagnose over the phone beyond basic "shut the valve off" safety steps
Who it's for

Built for the owner who answers the phone from the van.

This is for you if

  • You run plumbing, drain, HVAC or garage door work
  • You've got 1 to 5 trucks and no dispatcher or office staff
  • You miss calls because you're on a job, and you know it costs you
  • You want a fixed monthly price, not an hourly bill

This isn't for you if

  • You've got 10+ trucks and a CSR team already
  • You're a franchise with a required call center
  • You want a guarantee it'll add a certain amount of revenue. I don't make promises I can't check.

Why me

I run these systems on my own businesses first.

I own service businesses. Phones that ring at dinner, quotes that go quiet, invoices that go out late. I built this because I needed it, and I kept what worked.

1–2 minHow fast a new lead gets a text reply from the AI on the service businesses I run, day or night. That's my own experience, not a promise for yours.
Same stackIt also handles quote follow-up, no-show follow-up, dispatch and a daily owner report for those businesses.
Real callsI'm not a demo builder. These systems have handled real customers with real complaints.

I don't have client case studies yet.

You'd be one of the first. That's why the setup fee is refundable if it doesn't pass your acceptance tests, and why the first 5 clients get Placeholder launch terms.

Add-ons

Once the receptionist is running, I can take on more.

These get added after the receptionist is live and you trust it. Each is quoted separately.

Quote follow-up

Unanswered quotes get a friendly text and call on a schedule until they say yes or no.

No-shows and reschedules

Missed appointments get rebooked without you chasing.

Reminders, invoices, reviews

Sent automatically, on time, in your voice.

Scheduling and dispatch

Jobs matched to the right truck, everyone told where to be. Placeholder: which software

One evening report

One email at 6 pm Placeholder with what came in, what got booked, what's stuck and what needs you.

Not sure?

Ask on the call. If it isn't worth automating for your size, I'll say so.

Setup refunded if it fails the tests

Before go-live we write down a short list of acceptance tests together. If it can't pass them within 14 days Placeholder of launch, you get the setup fee back. No arguing. Tests can include:

  • It answers an after-hours call with your greeting, qualifies the job and books it onto your calendar.
  • It texts back a missed call within two minutes.
  • It hands you an out-of-scope request without inventing a price or arrival time.

No revenue guarantee, on purpose

I can prove it answers the phone and books jobs. I can't promise how many people will call you. Anyone who promises that is guessing.

You're not stuck with me

Your phone number stays yours. Your calendar stays your calendar. If you cancel, you keep your call recordings and transcripts. Placeholder: confirm account ownership

Getting started

From first call to live in about 7 days. Placeholder

  1. A 20-minute call

You tell me how calls come in now. I'll tell you honestly whether this is worth it for your shop. If it's not, I'll say so.

  2. I set it up

I need your prices, hours, service area, calendar and the questions customers always ask. About 30 minutes of your time. I build the rest.

  3. We test it together

You call it and give it a hard time. We run the acceptance tests. Nothing goes live until you've heard it handle your calls.

  4. It goes live. I watch it.

I read every conversation for the first two weeks and tighten anything that's off. After that, you get the evening summary and I'm a text away.

Questions

What owners ask me.

Will customers know it's AI?

It answers as your business's assistant and sounds natural, but it never claims to be a person. If someone asks, it says it's an AI assistant and offers to have you call them back. Most people just want the job booked. Call the demo and judge for yourself.

Does it take over my phone number?

No. Your number stays yours. Calls get forwarded to the AI when you don't answer, after hours, or always. Your choice, and you can change it any time. Placeholder: confirm forwarding for common carriers

What happens on a real emergency?

It asks the questions that tell an emergency from a drip, gives basic safety steps like "shut the valve off," then calls or texts you right away with the details. It won't promise a time you haven't set. You decide what counts as urgent. For immediate danger, it tells callers to call 911 or the gas company.

Does it work with my software?

It books onto Google Calendar, plus Placeholder: Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, others. If you use a paper calendar, I can set up a Google Calendar for you. If your software's unusual, I'll tell you on the call before quoting.

What if it says something wrong?

It can only use answers you've approved. Anything outside that gets handed to you. I read every conversation for the first two weeks and fix anything that's off. If a customer gets bad information, you'll know the same day, and so will I.

How is this different from an answering service?

An answering service reads a script and takes a message. This knows your prices and hours, books the job on your calendar, texts back missed calls and never puts anyone on hold, for a flat monthly fee.

Can I turn it off?

Yes. Text me, or use the on/off switch Placeholder: confirm method, and calls go back to ringing straight to you. No notice period.

What if it goes down?

Calls fall back to your phone like before, so you're never worse off than today. I get an alert when something fails. You can reach me Placeholder: support hours and time zone. The AI answers 24/7. I don't.

Will it answer spam and robocalls?

It picks up whatever gets forwarded, but spam calls end in seconds and cost almost nothing. Wrong numbers and sales calls don't get booked and don't wake you up.

Does it speak Spanish?

Placeholder: "Yes, it switches automatically" or "Not yet. Spanish callers get handed to you."

Is texting my customers legal?

The system only texts people who contacted you first, names your business and honors STOP. It doesn't cold-call or cold-text anyone. I'll go over the rules on the call. Placeholder: attorney review

Can you guarantee more booked jobs?

No. Call volume, job fit and your schedule all matter. I guarantee the setup against the written acceptance tests, not a revenue number.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your prices, hours, service area, calendar login and twenty minutes to tell me how your customers actually talk. That's it.

Who you're hiring

Hi, I'm Sean.

I've spent years running service businesses, the kind with missed calls, late invoices and customers who want an answer now. I started building automation because I couldn't justify a full-time dispatcher, and I kept what worked. Now I build the same thing for other owners.

You'll deal with me the whole way. No sales team, no handoff to a junior, no account manager. If something breaks, I'm the one who fixes it.

You get a drawing instead of a headshot because I keep my personal life off the internet. On our call, you'll see everything running live.
